This is from the Middletown, OH investigation in the summer of 2007. At the half way point in the video, you’ll hear a clear male voice in the distance say “Let’s catch some rats.” I was the only one upstairs at the time, and the clients confirmed that they couldn’t identify the voice (let alone why someone would say that at the time in such a robotic/serious manner).
The house dates back to the mid-1800′s and well, rats were probably an issue. In fact a rat skeleton was seen in the attic. If you listen closely, you will also hear what sounds like a match striking and a low sizzling sound I recorded at two different times. There used to be a pot belly stove in the room I was standing in.
Little video from me testing a new IR extender last night (2/13/08). Watch the closet door area for one that streaks across high up, and a couple of others that float around and fly by. They’re very fast, and they’re not very bright, but you’ll at least see a couple of them if you watch it.
We’ll be investigating a couple of private homes in the next two weeks, one in Kentucky and the other in Ohio.
The home in Kentucky was built in the mid-1800′s and has a history of claimed activity (doors slamming/opening, lights going on, evp’s, apparition).
The home in Ohio, is just north of Cincinnati. As always I will post personal evidence and updates.
This is probably my favorite so far, from the Maysville, KY investigation at the old courthouse where Harriet Beecher Stove received her inspiration for writing Uncle Tom’s Cabin. An unexplainable white cloudy form that changes shape, and moves at an amazing speed, flies across the wall and “through” Joel in the video, before fading out. There’s no explanation for this video. A good case for people doing investigations to start opening up their minds to the fact that spirits most often appear in our visual spectrum, as non-human forms. If it’s paranormal, it’s paranormal right?
