PINK as well as myself are featured in Karen Laven's latest book, "Cincinnati Ghosts." You can pick up
a copy at any regional Border's, Barnes And Noble or on Amazon.com.
Percy Seymour's book is a highly technical read on yet unproven Physics theories that
point to the existence of a third dimension, which we call the paranormal, as it
relates to human death, time and space.
Cincinnati Cemetaries is a nice coffee book style account of Cincinnati's oldest and most historically relevant cemetaries. It
covers Spring Grove Cemetary in an in-depth fashion and is a great reference if you live in the area. Highly recommended.
We’re in the midst of reviewing our evidence from last Saturday night at the private residence in Northern Kentucky. It may take a few more days to reveal anything.
This is the only video I got from our brief Loveland Castle visit on 10/3/07. The P.I.N.K. team went back later on 11/2/07, but I was unable to attend. What a great place to visit. The obsession with detail “Sir Harry” had when he built it starting in the 1930’s, and his many years living there and adding on to the building, make you wonder if indeed he still lives there in some form.
The video is just a large orb or cloudy shape flying over and up the wall while we were in the “banquet room.” I recorded no other EVP’s and only one other orb video the rest of the night. In any case, this video seems to show that there’s some activity there, to some degree.
We returned to the castle in early November 2008, for a castle fund raiser, paranormal public investigation and presentation. I managed to catch the EVP below. Sorry it’s so short/quick, but it was recorded as soon as I turned on my digital audio recorder. I was alone in the chapel room with Jill from P.I.N.K., and heard this voice pop-in over my headphones. This was also caught on my video camcorder. It’s not as clear on video for some reason, but identical, and you can hear me comment after hearing it through the headphones. I’ll get around to posting that most likely (video).
(not recommending it, just reporting it - this guy also gives credit to Penn State Univ. for the case files which I’m sure they don’t appreciate, as they’re students doing this on their own time)

Paranormal activity fans and believers have a new show to check out on December 10, as A&E brings you “Paranormal State,” a new show that takes a hard look at actual case files of Penn State University.
Premiering December 10th at 10PM ET/PT with back-to-back episodes, A&E will chronicle the case files of the Paranormal Research Society (PRS), a renowned group comprised of Penn State University college students, in the dramatic new Real-Life series “Paranormal State.”
SCI FI’S “GHOST HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL” TO PREMIERE JANUARY 9
All-New Original Reality Series is First Spin-Off of Hit ‘Ghost Hunters’
NEW YORK November 20, 2007 SCI FI’s newest original reality series, Ghost Hunters International, will premiere on the Channel on Wednesday, January 9 @ 9 PM ET/PT. Currently in production in Europe, this spin-off of the smash hit reality series Ghost Hunters will follow the adventures of a new team of paranormal investigators as they apply their principles of scientific debunking to some of the most legendary haunted spots around the world.
We are taking a few members from the team to investigate a private residence this weekend in Northern Kentucky. The homeowner has experienced things such as hearing voices, objects being thrown, and other oddities. Their children are affected and are of primary concern, due to the fact they’re having nightmares and are afraid to sleep in their bedroom as a result of the reported activity. We’ll try to find out if their fears are unwarranted, or are indeed due to paranormal activity, and see if we can be of some help.
As always we never reveal any identifying information about private cases, but do post general, non-revealing findings, evidence and information.
My only fear is that down the road this type of thing will become “too” popular (paranormal investigation shows) and result in mainstream corporate America jumping in and taking a huge dump on any progress that’s been made, in the name of capitalism. Then again the Pope could outlaw the paranormal some day and we could all be shot, so maybe it wouldn’t be the worst thing that could happen.
In any case, Sci-Fi is finally coming out with a new Ghost Hunters spinoff, Ghost Hunters International, in January ‘08, focusing on spirit activity (versus Bigfoot and UFO’s and Jesus appearing on people’s toast).
And A&E will be airing, starting on December 10, 2007, a show called Paranormal State. You can watch a trailer here.
TAPS aka “Ghost Hunters” is growing a bit stale, as they focus more and more on only the mundane aspects of investigations (talking to dolls, feeling cold spots, zzzz). I actually enjoyed their show much more so when it was personal and humorous. There seems to be quite a bit of a celebrity worship factor going on with the series now, and some of the insanity I think has led them to focus much less, if at all, on their personal lives and the team’s drama, to protect themselves and their families. Investigations are really not that exciting, and require a ton of patience and the self discipline to remain relatively quiet for 4-10 hours at a time, in the dark. It was fun to see the segments of how boring it is to review evidence and how they coped, or to see whatever the heck Brian was going to do next, or to watch how excitable Andy was all the time. And don’t even get me started on the cheesey new investigator contest. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way about the series, it’s just getting stale and it’s nice to finally, hopefully, have some variety on the horizon. And “Most Haunted” doesn’t count, it’s ridiculous.
Any ways, the more the merrier, as long as it stays honest and scientific, skeptical and real. I’m all for these TV shows, they really do help us and paranormal spirit activity to be taken more seriously by the public, and I will always be a fan of TAPS and follow along.
My name is Brad, and I am a team member of Paranormal Investigators Of Northern Kentucky (P.I.N.K.). Previously I was a
member of Southern Ohio Paranormal and have also conducted independent investigations. PINK has been
a highly successful group in the field and have been to many locations in the last 3 years around
the OH/KY/IND area.
I have investigated, formally as a small group or with an "official team," close to 20 different private homes and government buildings, as of summer 2008. Most of the investigations were homes owned by concerned or curious residents. I also live in an active home in an Ohio River historic district, across the river from downtown Cincinnati, and it has propelled my long-time interest into a formal hobby a few years ago, helping others and cataloging the evidence of stories.
P.I.N.K. is registered with the State Of Kentucky as an offical non-profit
organization. This web site does not represent P.I.N.K. or it's views necessarily, and not all of the evidence
here is approved by the group. This is just a personal blog/diary of mine, as I wanted an outlet to show what
I've recorded and experienced.
In any case, I welcome questions and constructive criticism of anything here.
